“When I think Italian I think pasta. I don't want to pat myself on the back but I make a lot of great Italian dishes. And don't want to have an Italian meal where I knew I would have to be seduced in eating carbs right now. M friend anted to go here so I looked at the menu and saw they had Filet Mignon with a Cognac Pepper Sauce. I love a good steak and for many years I've been making a filet mignon with cognac sauce. But their sauce blew me away their steak was so tender their sauce left me questioning what in the world did they do to make the sauce so much better than the cognac sauce that I make. I will be back time and time again for this. It was amazing and may I add the sides were asparagus and potatoes au-gratin made with the touch of nutmeg that stayed on my tongue way after I finished the dish it was just incredible. I'm a pretty picky critic because I'm a good cook I would give this meal an A++++”
